RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
if you would like to return an item, please note the following:
- starting on the day of delivery you have 14 days to apply for a return. applications sent after this period will not be accepted.
- make sure that the product is in perfect, unused and unwashed condition, with all labels and tags attached.
- fold all garments exactly the way you received them. anything wrinkled or rumpled will not be appreciated and an extra cost of €10 will be subtracted from the refund.
- postal costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility. this will only be refunded in case of incorrectly supplied products.
- we cannot be held accountable for products lost in transit.
how to return a product:
- send an email to hello@byronbaybies.com describing your intention.
- fill out this return form.
- put all products and the return form in a proper packaging, attach your return label and seal it so it is ready to be sent.
- return the goods by courier to the following address:

- we recommend sending back items with a track and trace option. byron baybies can't be held liable for lost packages.
once we have received the returned goods, within above mentioned time period, in perfect, unused and unwashed condition, we'll refund the amount of the returned goods (shipping costs excluded) within 14 days. if the purchase was made using a gift card, a refund will always be made to the used gift card first.
